Concrete company seeks a Trade Tested Millwright to join their Branch in Nelspruit as a Foreman in a block plant

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

• Matric
• Trade Tested Millwright

Requirements

• 3 years experience working as a foreman in production in a block plant
• Experience on JDE will be an advantage
• MS Office
• Maintenance schedule and planning experience

Duties

• Check and ensure the functioning of machinery
• Identified machines or components to be repaired
• Stores requisitions
• Identify and implement training on machine repairs
• Ensure safety regulations
• Ensure maintenance schedule is adhered to
• Ensure optimum machine availability
• Ensure team can deal stoppages in the factory
• Plan stock take and levels are maintained as per target
• Preventative and scheduled maintenance
• Ensure costs are within budget
