SUMMARY:
Our client in the FMCG industry has an opportunity available for a Maintenance Foreman in the Cape Town area.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

N6 Electrical
Generic Management Diploma
3-5 years experience within the engineering functions
Dairy industry experience

KPAs:

Provide input to develop, review and implement the Asset Management Strategy
Drive, monitor and report on the KPI’s for the assets and engineering functions
Applied on a daily basis the asset manage systems, policies and procedures for the identification, prioritisation and analysing of performance gaps
Manage and ensure that all relevant information is captured on the maintenance systems and administration completed
Man power resources is effectively utilised to ensure cost effectiveness of the department
