Maintenance Coordinator (Instrumentation)

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry, has an EE opportunity available for a Maintenance Coordinator (Instrumentation). This position will be based in the Steelpoort, Limpopo area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Relevant N6 
• Instrumentation Trade Test
• 3 Years’ relevant experience
• Computer Literacy, SAP
• Good knowledge of field instruments
• Experience on Siemens control systems will be advantageous
• Experience on profibus networks will be advantageous
• Experience on ferrochrome smelter industries will be advantageous
• Valid driver’s licence (person should have a vehicle to perform standby duties)

KPAs:

• Perform stand by duties on designated areas from time to time
• Perform isolation and issue lockout documents
• Complete a risk assessment and obtain a work permit before a task is performed
• Attend to breakdown quickly and safely
• Calibration of all instrumentation equipment
• Instrumentation maintenance, installations and commissioning
• Perform minor PLC program changes if required
