JOB DESCRIPTION:

A property management company in Midrand would like to employ a Maintenance Administrator.

 

Minimum requirements

  • Fluent English and Afrikaans
  • Valid license and own reliable car
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Pastel/Sage Evolution will be beneficial

 

Duties:

  • Supervision of staff and outsourced services
  • Purchase orders
  • Assisting Financial manager as needed
  • Snags and allocation thereof
  • Liaising with tenants
  • Timesheets, leave forms and pay queries

 

 

Working hours: 7h00 to 17h00 Monday to Thursday; Friday: 7h00 to 16h00

Salary: R15 000 to R 17 000 depending on experience
