Use your RedRabbit, PayProp, GoogleDocs and MS Office skills along with 1 year's experience as the Maintenance Administrator for a leading property client in N/S.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12
• 1 year maintenance experience
• Organised
• Communication skills
• Problem solving abilities
• Red Rabbit
• Payprop 
• Microsoft Office
• Google docs

• Attend to all day-to-day maintenance on rentals
• Ensure contractor SLAs are in place and adhered
• Attend to all reported maintenance and open tickets on red rabbit
• Assign approved contractors
• Obtain quotations and get them approved
• Ensure feedback is given to all parties after each step of maintenance is completed
• Obtain invoices and send to Portfolio administrators to load on to payprop
