SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on individual with experience in assembling, fitting, and building machinery. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to read technical drawings, and practical problem-solving skills.
POSITION INFO:
Assemble, fit, and build liquid filling machinery and related equipment
Install and align mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components
Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments
Collaborate with design, electrical, and commissioning teams to resolve technical challenges
Complying with all safety and quality standards
Machine installation and commissioning
Skills & Experience:
Technical qualification (Millwright, Fitter & Turner, or equivalent)
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in machine building, preferably within the packaging, liquid filling industry
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, with exposure to pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
Hands-on problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to travel for on-site installations and support
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
