Duties and Responsibilities:

Â

• Ensure consumables are available at all times.
• Maintain an organized and clutter free workspace
• Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies
• Use hand tools to assemble machines
• Conduct quality control checks as prescribed
• Resolve assembly problems by fault finding and troubleshooting
• Review any assembly problems with the Supervisor and work with them to devise a solution.
• Clean Assembly area
• Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications and experience:

Â

• Minimum N3 in Fitting
• Read and understand assembly drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
• Must possess the skill to work well with others
• Experience machine assembly will be advantageous

• Work to a schedule and hit target dates
• Ability to communicate and be a contributing member of a team
