Recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) Consultant with 15 years of experience.

POSITION INFO:

Assistance with day-to-day queries in order to keep the system running
This covers the day to day responsive requirements for keeping the system running

Respond to customer service requests.
1st level support (User Support)
2nd Level Support (System Support)
3rd level support (SDLC support)
To provide development services in relation to changes in requirements
Modification of standard reports. Provision of data-mining service enquiries using reporting tools and SQL queries.
