MORTGAGE BOND ADMINISTRATOR –Work From Home

Main responsibilities

• Liaise with the clients to guide and assist them during the entire mortgage process
• Ensure the clients timely completion and submission of required documents
• Close communication and updated reporting with the mortgage broker, clients and financiers.
• Resolve any issues between the client and lender to ensure a smooth transaction
• Ensure successful completion of the mortgage transaction

Requirements

• Highly skilled and accurate in administration work
• At least 2 years Bond Administration experience
• Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite, with Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills
• Customer focused and friendly
• Detail orientated, time efficient and organised with the ability to meet deadlines
• High-speed Fibre internet with own computer and software
• Inverter / UPS for load shedding during working hours (advantageous)
