Based in Dundee, a global software company are on the lookout for a MI Lead to come in and shape reporting and analysis of Data, to allow the company to make informed business decisions.
They have a huge portfolio of products and services with very large data sets to match. Your new role …
This role is pretty new to the company and it would allow for you to be able to shape it into something that will suit you, so a real chance for you to put your stamp on it!
You will be a part of the Technology Function, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Technology and will be involved with the Business System Support Team, providing management information to support the companies business strategy.
About you …
You will be coming into the company to really establish what is meant by MI, which will allow you to shape the role into exactly what you would like it to be.
You should be both hands-on, but with the ability to know where your priorities should be. Your passion will lie in working with data and your ability to create reports.
Experience …
You will be very analytical and have previous experience gathering and analysing business requirements and producing relevant management reports.
The only key experience that you really need is Power BI as the company have currently migrated to Dynamics 365, which they find works best alongside Power BI.
It would be great if you had some experience of working with Dynamics 365, but it is not essential. Also previously having worked with AWS would definitely work in your favour!
On offer …
The salary range is going up to about £50,000 but may have slight scope to go higher. The company do not think they will be going back into the office until 2022 now, so you will start off your time working remotely and will then go back into a more hybrid model when the office is back open again.
