Job Description
This HR Manager role reporting to the Director is a challenging and exciting role, giving you the opportunity to show your abilities and attributes.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within the company. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR policies and programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and support a positive work environment. Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, EE, SDL submissions and compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor''s Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources
Skills
You will have at least 5 years'' proven experience as a HR Manager and have:
- Demonstrative comprehensive knowledge of HR Functions
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
