Job Description

This Financial Manager role reporting to the Financial Director is a challenging and exciting role, giving you the opportunity to show your abilities and attributes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Prepare the monthly payroll and PAYE submissions
• Annual and Bi-Annual EMP501 reconciliations
• Prepare the monthly VAT returns
• Financial administration; controlling income, expenditure, invoicing, debtors and creditors
• Oversee and assist in the billing process
• Reviewing staff expense claims and company credit card statements
• Overseeing, reviewing and approving staff travel expenses
• Review and manage internal and external legal agreements and contracts
• Manage designated staff i.e. bookkeeper
• Managing budgets and forecasts
• Managing the B-BBEE verification process
• Identification of financial risks and weaknesses
• Developing and managing financial systems, models and policies
• Assisting with compliance requirements from external organisations
• Strategic financial analysis and assisting senior management with planning

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting or similar

Skills

You will have at least 5 years'' experience as a Financial Manager and have:

• Experience on Payspace (Non-Negotiable)
• Payroll experience
• Forex experience
• Hands-on Approach
