Job Description

This Organisational Development Consultant role reporting to the Head of OD is a challenging and exciting role, giving you the opportunity to show your abilities and attributes.

You will be mainly responsible for providing credible consulting and project management support within OD and to internal customers, with a focus on the relevant products. A key aspect of the role is to ensure targets are met and appropriate innovation of the product.

Qualifications

• Registered Psychometrist
• Masters in Industrial Psychology

Skills

You will have at least 2 years experience in a Psychometrist role within a Corporate Environment and have:

• HPCSA Industrial Psychology or other relevant registration
• Ability to provide meaningful feedback and basic facilitation
• Comfortable with report writing, analysis and integration of data
• Knowledge e.g. SIOPSA, GIBS, LinkedIn, HPCSA, Harvard Business Review, etc.
• Relevant legislative and regulatory changes and requirements
• Required CPD points to maintain registration
• Able to consult and advise professionally
• Business development mindset
