Job Description

This  Accountant position for a Property Company reports to the Director and is a challenging role with lots of scope & opportunity to show your abilities & make a difference.

You will be providing financial support to the Team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Invoicing: Capturing and Management
• Cost Management: Costing and Reporting
• Management of Creditors and Accounts Payable: reconciliations and payments
• Working closely with Operations Department to receive and process costs such as security and maintenance projects
• General Ledger management
• Assist with VAT Returns and SARS queries
• Capturing cashbook
• Assist with debtors management
• Support the Financial Controller with the financial and accounting operations

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting Degree

Skills

You will have at least 10 years'''' experience as an Accountant within the Property industry and have:

• SAP experience
• Experience with lease agreements
• Hands-on approach
