MARKETER (AGRICULTURE)

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

A Worcester-based company has an exciting opportunity available for a Marketer to join their team. There are two positions available, one of which is based in the Western Cape and the other one in the Eastern Cape.

The successful candidates will report to the Group Marketing Manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• New business recruitment in the fruit sector
• Achieving sales targets accordingly
• Travel to clients packhouses regularly
• Building strong relationship with clients
• Follow up and follow through on leads
• Prioritise customer service
• Negotiate with and persuade clients in a professional manner

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant tertiary degree / diploma
• 2 -3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonla skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
• Valid drivers license
