MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - CENTURION

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

ØMechanical qualification.

ØMechanical Engineering experience 2 – 3 years.

ØExperience in Food Production Processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ØExperience working with the following:

oRoaster.

oHeat exchanger.

oCapping machine.

oMills conveyer belt.

oPackaging.

ØConducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.

ØPerforming preventative maintenance.

ØHandling basic repairs and maintenance.

ØOverseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.

ØDiagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.

ØRepairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.

ØTechnical Knowledge – knowledge of the makeup of different packaging.

ØProblem-solving and analysis – proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.

ØExperience performing routine maintenance.

ØStrong time management skills.
