SUMMARY:
MAINTENANCE MANAGER - VEREENIGING

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

Overseeing the efficiency, design, control and safety of current production processes, improve process flow of existing processes, as well as developing new processes to improve production efficiency or decrease its costs within the company.

Provide and implements a cost-effective inputs, schedules and budgets in aforementioned processes. Ensure effective design, procurement, quality, construction, commissioning and control on projects. To further ensure environmental protection and health and safety aspects of all production processes.

Position Specifications:

vMinimum of a BSc Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering and / or relevant tertiary qualification with advanced levels of competency in both mechanical & electrical engineering. NQF level 6.

v5-8 years’ experience in an industrialised production management.

v5-8 years’ experience in leading an engineering team within an industrial environment.

Requirements:

vAdvanced levels of computer literacy in the MS Office Suite.

vAdvanced levels of literacy and competency in maintenance software.

vExcellent verbal and written communication skills.

vAbility to prepare accurate reports and present such to various levels of the respective business units.

vInfluencing and persuasive skills.

vDemonstrate an acute awareness of managing projects.

vKnowledge and experience of production processes.
