POSITION INFO:

Lynnwood, Pretoria: SENIOR TRANSFERS SECRETARY

Minimum Requirements:

-Professional and presentable female

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-Minimum 5 years recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm a must, attending to Transfers (preferably Developments Transfers)

-Independently functional from receipt to finalization

-Bookkeeping experience advantageous (to assist with firm’s bookkeeping functions)

-Stable employment record and contactable reference

-6 months fixed term contract, with strong possibility of becoming permanent

Duties:

-Drafting of Development Transfer documents

-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms

-General conveyancing secretarial duties

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
