LUXURY TENTED-CAMP MANAGER
SERENGETI, TANZANIA
START: January 2026 (2-year contract with annual leave)
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS
- Monday - Sunday
- Hours are self-regulated based on operational requirements
REPORT TO: Owner
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS
- USD 1,200 - 1,500 per month
- Semi-furnished accommodation (single)
- Meals provided
- Visa & Flights covered by the Employer
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Passport valid for traveling
- Hospitality-related qualification
- Business Administration or similar managerial certification - BONUS
- Clear criminal record & sober habits
- Prior management experience in a similar environment (Lodge / Tented Camp / Safari)
- Strong leadership with hands-on lodge operations exposure
- Fluent English command - any other African / European language - BONUS
EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 4 years in luxury tented camps
- Operations-led camp management experience
- Strong guest relations and staff supervision capability
- Working knowledge of P&L, PMS, POS
