The Leading Jewellery Designer and Retail Brand in South Africa is in search of Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultants to join their prestigious ranks of Sales Experts.

Area/ Location: Cape Town- V&A Waterfront

• Exceptionally well-groomed and presentable.
• Highest standard of customer service delivery.
• Demonstrating a positive attitude and maintaining professionalism at all times while on duty.
• Willing to learn, being able and eager to deliver, and being driven to achieve would be personal attributes suited for this position.

Requirements:

• The ability to work retail hours is essential. Long hours of work and work during weekends and holidays is a requirement.
• Delivery of service excellence to each customer understanding their unique requirements.
• Clear Criminal and Credit Records.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Matric or Equivalent Qualification.

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increasing sales through internal and external innovative methods.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.
• Work well in a high-pressure environment.
• Maintaining high energy levels personally and with the team.
• Attention to detail in every aspect from welcoming the customer to the outlet to after sales service.
