Loss Control Manager

SUMMARY:
A vacancy is available in Cape Town for a Loss Control Manager who will be responsible for the overall security and risk management of the branch.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Matric
• National Diploma
• Valid Drivers License 
• Must have working knowledge of SHE and the relevant legislation
• Previous experience in a loss control environment 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall security and risk management.
• Attend to any complaints and assist with implementation of any new procedures and policies to mitigate the risks of losses to the company.
• Monitoring of employee activities via CCTV and recorded footage for disciplinary matters.
• Compiling of all incident reports and incidents reported by security.
• Attending of weekly security service provider meetings.
• Implementation of SOP''s for the department and security service provider.
• Health and Safety management 
• Risk Management of sites and services
