Looking for a professional and experienced Assistant Spa Manager for a busy 5 Star Spa in Cape Town - Waterfront

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assistant Spa Manager needed in Cape Town - Waterfront

2-3 year FULL Beauty Therapy qualifications.
ITEC/ or CIDESCO is a BONUS.
3 - 4 years of working experience in a 5 Star Spa environment as a Front Desk / Assistant Manager.
MUST have previous ESP Systems experience and excellent Computer Literacy (Excel, Word & Emails, etc) with good Administrative skills.
MUST be able to perform day-to-day duties such as; maintaining customer service and spa standards, targets, revenue, cleanliness, stock control, marketing and promotions, sales, human resources, shifting & staff management, etc.
Product knowledge of Babor, SIX, OPI is a BONUS.
MUST have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
MUST be well-groomed at all times to represent the brand.
MUST be professional and work well under pressure.
MUST have own reliable transport and be very flexible to work late hours and weekends.
