JOB DESCRIPTION:

Group Relations Officer / HOSTESS needed for a Spa in Namibia-Windhoek

1-2 year Beauty Therapist qualifications.
2-3 years working experience in a Spa/Salon environment as a GRO or Junior Beauty Therapist.
CANDIDATES need to be residing in Namibia
Duties include: Welcoming of guests, Spar Tours, guest inquiries, hosting of guests, guest relations answering phones professionally, and routing calls as necessary.
Previous beauty Therapist experience is beneficiary
Announcing clients as necessary.
Must be confident, very well-spoken, bubbly, and well presented.
MUST be a team player with excellent customer service skills.
MUST be a go-getter with a positive outlook.
