POSITION INFO:

We are currently seeking a well experienced Team Leader to manage a team of Customer Service Consultants based in one of our call centers.

Job description:

Managing a team of Customer Service Consultants
Ensuring consultants meet their KPIs
Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and target
Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
ITC and Criminal Clear
FULL FAIS CREDITS AND RE5 (Non Negotiable)
Experience in Long Term Insurance, Life and funeral Sub Cat 1.1
Minimum 3 years solid team leader experience
