SUMMARY:
Leading FSP in Bellville is looking for Consultants to sell long term insurance products.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Opportunity to work for a well established financial company that offers great benefits, vibey working environment and opportunity to grow.
Successful applicant will be responsible for selling insurance products (life cover, funeral cover, income protection plans, disability cover & criticall illness) to potential clients.

Responsibilities:
Sales of insurance packages to potential clients.
Achievement of sales targets and objectives.
Adherence to Quality and Compliance processes to minimize business risk.
Adapt and change to fit in with changing business operational requirements.
Resolve complaints and objections.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric.
at least 1.5 years experience within a Sales Outbound Call Centre, or at least 2 years’ face to face sales experience (with targets attached to the sales).
Fluency in English and one other South African official language.
Commitment to the FAIS Act and meeting Fit & Proper qualification requirements
Ability to work overtime.

Hours:

Willing and available to work overtime as and when required by the business

Monday- Friday 08:15-16:15 (normal office hours)

Wednesdays 11:00 – 19:00 (normal office hours)

Marathons run from 08:15 -19:00

If overtime is required by the business it will take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 08:15 -19:00
