POSITION INFO:

This unique manufacturer with a reputation for excellence is offering you career growth and development beyond the norm! You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive orders on time, in full and in required condition by managing owning goods, processes and systems post production.

Manage and engage transport suppliers in terms of rates and commercial / regulatory / legal requirements. Plan daily transport requirements, manage dispatch staff and control forklift costs and fuel consumption.

Minimum requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain management in FMCG is essential.  
• Understanding of Theory of Constraints, SMED WCM Lean 6 Sigma Essential                                                
• Experience in inbound / outbound logistics, production planning and lean manufacturing is preferable.
• A BTech / BCom Logistics / Supply Chain Management or Engineering degree is desirable.
