POSITION INFO:

5 years experience in Customer service Management in the retail / FMCG sector

Leadership role in the forecasting process, ownership of Customer Team demand planning meetings

Represent the customer team at the production meetings

Responsible for management and tracking of Trade Marketing Investments

Evaluate trade promotions, and present findings to sales management team.

Custodian of cycle Meetings â€“ measurement of key performance indicators

Tracking and measuring of new product launches

Customer profitability, both internal and external measurements

Scheduling of customer orders

ROI guidance of Key Promotions

Evaluation of 3PL cost to customer

Management of return process

Review trade term structureÂ
