Logistics Coordinator
Our client is a project management, professional welding and mechanical service provider to the South African mechanical industry through using highly qualified and skilled team members. They seek to employ a Logistics Coordinator to join their team.
Qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license
- 15 years of work experience in the petrochemical industry.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for the estimations and scoping of all projects and the associated tracking and adherence thereof.
- Ensure that the correct quantity and quality of material is received by verifying the delivery note and order.
- Ensure that stock levels, cost and efficiency are managed optimally.
- Sourcing of quotations for services, equipment and consumables.
- Liaison with clients, suppliers and third parties to ensure good relationships and quality of service.
