Logistics Compliance manager (EE)

SUMMARY:
Join our client''s Logistics department as a Key Account-/Logistics manager

POSITION INFO:

The position is a bit different from a normal conventional Key Account or Logistics manager as you will be working in a very analytical role and form part of the Logistics division and your main function will be auditing the compliance / performance of the clients. 

Your position will entail you leaving for work directly to clients and not to an office so you can be based basically anywhere in Gauteng.  Only Key account managers who have previously worked for a logistics company will be considered or if you’ve previously been in a logistics type of role with client interaction.

It is also imperative that you have a formal qualification/degree as the work is 50/50 analytical / customers.

• Assisting in the setting up of SOP’s for all clients,
• monitoring and upgrading SOP’s where necessary,
• Train and set up new branches,
• provide training,
• audits to assess & measure performance. 
• Assist branches with training and guide them towards improved business operations.
• Monitoring & measuring branch performance and productivity against SLA’s through system checks and reports.
• Presenting solutions to solve problems to help drive the momentum & success of the franchisees business

• Business / Logistics / Supply chain / - type of degree or National diploma
• 3 years'' experience dealing with customers
• Microsoft Office experience in word, excel & PowerPoint (Excel skill must include V lookups / Pivot Tables / Slicers)
