SUMMARY:
My client is based on the West Rand and they are looking for a Logistics Analyst to join their team. Degree in Industrial Engineering (BEng) or Honours in Logistics would be required. Excellent career opportunities and exposure to best practices

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience required

Degree in Industrial Engineering or BCom Logistics (Honours)
3 years experience in applying IE principles with exposure to SC networks
Computer literacy (Advanced Excel and SAP)
Knowledge of techniques for analysing business indicators and data
Strong analytical skills
Good planning skills
Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Analysis on transport costs, methods and efficiencies
Monitoring of SC elements to assess performance efficiencies and effectiveness
Perform analysis to ensure reliable base for MRP
Seeking on recommending CI opportunities
Compiling and presentation of reports
