Logistics Administrator/Internal Sales

SUMMARY:
My client in the Motorsports industry is searching for a well presented Logistic Administrator/Internal Sales individual with excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Have minimum grade 12 level entry education
• Have at least 2 years relevant sales experience
• Be computer literacy (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
• Have the ability to work independently
• Be neat and presentable appearance
• Have excellent communication and organizational
• Must be able to converse on all level

Duties and Responsibilities
Sales:

• Answering calls from Customers
• Working with the internal sales
• Creating sales, new business and upselling if products are out of stock
• Invoicing clients for products
• Process credit notes for clients
• Handle product warranties issues

Logistics:

• Suppliers’ invoices
• Check picking notes
• Regularly checking stock and see if there is products that needs to be ordered
• Receiving stock from suppliers
• Dispatching stock after arrival
• Dealing with couriers
