POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate client load-out instructions and bookings
• Liaise with clients, freight forwarders, transporters and operational teams
• Capture and update client specifications and orders accurately
• Coordinate container dispatches and vessel schedules
• Verify container numbers, seal numbers, pallet quantities, weights and documentation
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly Excel reports
• Compile reports on stock, pallets, containers, load-outs and missing pallets
• Coordinate stickers, labels, inspections and dispatch documentation
• Liaise with PPECB and Department of Agriculture inspectors
• Ensure all documentation and systems are accurate and up to date

  Strong in Excel and administration

  Comfortable working with deadlines and time-sensitive bookings
  Confident communicating with clients, transporters and internal teams
  Experienced in logistics / warehousing / cold storage / exports / dispatch
  Able to manage multiple priorities at once
  Strong with documentation and data capturing
  Professional and confident when dealing with clients and inspectors
