SUMMARY:
Our client has an opportunity available for a Logging Clerk - Monthly Pensions (recently MATRICULATED - 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020) in the Johannesburg CBD area.

POSITION INFO:

Our client has an opportunity available for a Logging Clerk - Monthly Pensions (recently MATRICULATED - 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020) in the Johannesburg CBD area.  

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Typing (30wpm) - essential
• Good attendance and reliability
• Minimum of 1year related admin experience
• Basic knowledge of Natural and Alex System
• Good Keyboard / PC skills

Duties:

• Logging of claims onto NATURAL system and ensuring that all required documentation and member details are correct
• Compiling statistics, and maintaining departmental schedules
• Sorting faxes before sending them for scanning
• Requesting of duplicate IRP5/IT3A certificates
• Requesting Metro/Castledex files from the relevant department
• Updating of Nomination Forms onto the system.
• Processing of funeral advance payments
