SUMMARY:
Vacancy available for a lodge Management Couple, responsible for the overall management and administration of the lodge and hunting activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Duties will include:
Overseeing all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
Overseeing all aspects of hunting operations
Managing and supervising lodge staff, including training, and scheduling.
Maintaining high standards of service and hospitality to exceed guest expectations.
Managing lodge finances, budgets, and inventory control.
Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and improvement.
POSITION INFO:
Both individuals must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing hunting lodges
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving operational excellence.
Ability to work and live in a remote, hunting lodge environment.
