SUMMARY:
Are you a dynamic hospitality professional with a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences? An award-winning, ultra-luxury safari lodge in Hoedspruit is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to lead operations and uphold the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day lodge operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse hospitality team.
Maintain world-class service standards in line with the lodge’s brand and reputation.
Drive operational efficiency while ensuring personalized, detail-oriented guest care.
Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relations.
Uphold sustainability, conservation, and community engagement practices.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in luxury lodge or boutique hotel management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to deliver ultra-luxury guest experiences.
Financial acumen and operational management expertise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for the bush, conservation, and high-end hospitality.
