Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Lodge Manager with a passion for hospitality, nature, and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee all lodge operations to ensure smooth running, exceptional service delivery, and a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the lodge, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and catering.
- Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure financial and administrative tasks are efficiently managed, including budgeting, stock control, and reporting.
- Coordinate with marketing and reservations to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Build strong relationships with guests, staff, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
Requirements:- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in lodge or hotel management, preferably in a luxury or eco-tourism setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Financial and administrative competence.
- A passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant hospitality software and systems.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to work in a remote environment.
