We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lodge Manager to lead the operations of a world-class 5* luxury lodge in the Kruger National Park. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring service excellence across all departments
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to deliver the highest levels of guest satisfaction
- Manage guest relations, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences for every visitor
- Implement and maintain standards of quality, service, and operational efficiency
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, stock control, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and local communities
Requirements:- Proven experience in a senior management role within a 5* lodge or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach
- Exceptional guest service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Solid financial and administrative acumen
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment
