SUMMARY:
A Luxury Portfolio is looking for a LODGE MANAGER to join their team in Namibia.
POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum if 5 year working experience in a 5* lodge overseeing operations
- National Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality
- Must have a valid Drivers license
- Must be a Namibian citizen or hold a valid work permit to live and work in Namibia
- Must have administrative and computer skills and experience
- Must have a high knowledge in Guest Relations, F&B, Housekeeping, FOH, and BOH
- Responsible for the day to day running and efficient operation of the lodge to ensure exceptional service is delivered
- Constantly develop and improve on the guest experience in camp and on activities
- Provide direction, oversight and guidance to the lodge team
- Perform all daily, weekly and monthly administrative duties
- Take accountability for the performance of the functions at the lodge
- A well motivated and enthusiastic individual who works well in a team environment
- Responsible, accountable and punctual
- Must have sober habits
- Ability to solve problems and a high level of attention to detail
