Lodge Duty Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client a 5* Lodge based in the Eastern Cape (Addo) is seeking to employ a hard working and motivated Lodge Duty Manager

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Work well under pressure and be able to run the Lodge without supervision
• Strong work ethic 
• Able to add value to the team by ensuring that company policy and procedure is carried out and by bringing a very solid service ethic to the company
• Drivers License
• Strong hospitality background, preferably in F&B 
• Have a clear understanding of the workings of a Lodge 
• Excellent Guest liasion skills is a must

Job Requirements: 

Must have 3-5 years of 5 star experience
