A prestigious lodge is seeking an experienced and versatile Lodge Anchor to join our team. This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to step seamlessly into various departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day lodge operations, including front of house, housekeeping, and F&B
- Provide support to lodge management and act as a point of contact in their absence
- Ensure guest experiences are seamless, personalized, and of the highest standard
- Handle administration, reservations, and stock control as required
- Maintain strong communication between departments to ensure efficient service delivery
- Uphold lodge standards and assist in training and supporting staff
Requirements:- Previous lodge or hospitality experience in a similar role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relations abilities
- Flexible, hands-on, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs
- Passion for hospitality and the guest experience
- Knowledge of reservations systems and stock management is advantageous
