POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily boarding routines, discipline, and learner conduct
• Provide strong pastoral care, mentorship, and moral guidance
• Enforce the school’s code of conduct with fairness and consistency
• Supervise homework, study periods, meals, and after-school routines
• Ensure learner safety, safeguarding, and emotional well-being
• Liaise with school management, staff, and parents when required

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Proven experience working with children/adolescents (boarding, hostel, discipline, or residential care)
• Strong disciplinary and leadership skills
• SACE registration (or eligibility) – advantage
• Clear criminal record, child protection & safeguarding compliance
• Commitment to the school’s values and faith-based ethos

This is a live-in position, responsible for the supervision, discipline, pastoral care, and overall well-being of Primary and High School boarders
