Our client, a well-established law firm based in Roodepoort, is currently seeking a candidate for a dual role in Litigation and Conveyancing. The ideal candidate will possess conveyancing experience, including litigation on conveyancing matters
Salary: R42 000 - R60 000 CTC per month
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- LLB
- Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 10 years' experience
- Strong track record in litigating conveyancing-related disputes
- Ability to handle property transfers and all related conveyancing tasks
- Proven experience in conveyancing transactions
- Manage matters independently from start to finish
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Provide legal advice to clients on property law matters
- Liaise with clients, banks, and the Deeds Office
