A well established Law firm in Cape Town (CBD) is looking for an Office manager / Paralegal / PA to director
Market related salary (negotiable)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Scheduling of appointments for director
Opening files and uploading evidence
Doing first draft eviction notices and affidavits, divorce pleadings
Recording time entries, Securing payments, Sending our intake forms
Generating and sending invoices
Doing case reviews on a Friday to check customer service procedures are being followed and checking the financial status of matters
