A well established Law firm in Cape Town (CBD) is looking for an Office manager / Paralegal / PA to director
Market related salary (negotiable)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Scheduling of appointments for director
  • Opening files and uploading evidence 
  • Doing first draft eviction notices and affidavits, divorce pleadings
  • Recording time entries, Securing payments, Sending our intake forms
  • Generating and sending invoices 
  • Doing case reviews on a Friday to check customer service procedures are being followed and checking the financial status of matters
