Well established Law Firm in Brooklyn is looking a Litigation Secretary to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • 2 - 4 Years' experience as a Litigation Secretary
  • Good Dictaphone typing skills
  • Solid understanding of Legal Practice
  • Dealing with invoices and payment of them
  • Good Excel and Word experience
  • Responsible to prepare large bundles of documentation
  • Deadline driven
  • Able to work in high pressure environment
  • Accurate and meticulous in all aspect
