SUMMARY:
Well established law firm in Pretoria East is looking for a Litigation Secretary to join their team. You will be responsible for handling all the legal secretarial duties in the litigation department, including but not limited to utilising the Ghost Practice system, responding to client queries and maintaining client records etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
Certificate in Legal Secretary training is highly beneficial
Minimum 3 - 5 years' litigation experience in a law firm with excellent understanding about litigation
Experience on Ghost Practice
Basic knowledge of the debt collection process
Basic understanding of legal bookkeeping , including invoicing, account statements and recons etc.
Must have very strong time management skills and be able to handle large volumes of work
Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (read, write and speak)
