Litigation Secretary

SUMMARY:
The role would be to monitor all incoming emails and distribute to the relevant person , drafting of letter , emails court papers and summons. Capturing fees recovered by attorneys in the office and following up on outstanding accounts.

POSITION INFO:

A well established law firm based in Cape Town seeks a Litigation Secretary to join their team. 

The role would be to monitor all incoming emails and distribute to the relevant person , drafting of letter , emails court papers and summons.

Capturing fees recovered by attorneys in the office and following up on outstanding accounts.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric

Relevant qualifications or certificates.

5 years experience

Own vehicle and a valid drivers license 

Self Starter 

Energetic and Confident
