Litigation Attorney required in Sandton

POSITION INFO:

A well-established law firm in Rivonia is looking for an Litigation attorney to join their team.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Completed LLB degree
Minimum one years’ experience as Admitted Attorney in Corporate and Commercial Litigation firm
Must be able to work independently and in a group
Able to work under pressure
Must be able to handle a high volumes of work
Able to Negotiate and support clients in deal making
Knowledge of Ghost Practice and Caselines software is advantageous
A valid driver’s license and own transport
Must have Magistrate Court and High Court experience

Duties & Responsibilities

Drafting of summonses, pleadings and applications
Correspondence and liaison with clients and other third parties
Appearances in Magistrate’s Court
Consultations with clients
All administrative functions related to litigation
