Linux NOC Agent

SUMMARY:
1st / 2nd line Support ,Linux NOC role available immediately. Work with a client that has over 50 million users... What an amazing learning curb - if you are up for it.

POSITION INFO:

My client is has a NOC centre that provides 24/7 NOC support to their massive client base.

 

What you will need to qualify : 

• Previous 1st and 2nd line support in a live production enviroment
• 2 years Plus Linux experience
• Expereince with WMware
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in Devops : Docker , Kubnernetes and Ansible
