Licensor Assistant (Apparel and accessories)

• Submit artwork to the Licensors.
• Feedback to designers with Licensors comments.
• Submit Pre production samples to licensor.
• Feedback to QA and designers with comments
• Submit Bulk production samples to licensor
• Feed back to QA and Design with comments
• Update tracking spread sheets.
• Sending out of PPS and BPS actual samples to licensors and tracking.
• Ensuring all submissions are closed off by season in that year.
• Be able to work on the following MS applications:

Microsoft word
Micorsoft Excel
Outlook

• Be able to work on various Licensing portals
• Good Admin skills
• Good communication skills.
• Fast learner.
• Can work under pressure and to our deadlines.
