Licensing Administrator (Fashion)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Submit artwork to the Licensors.
Feedback to designers with Licensors comments.
Submit Pre production samples to licensor
Feedback to QA and designers with comments
Submit Bulk production samples to licensor
Feed back to QA and Design with comments
Update tracking spread sheets.
Sending out of PPS and BPS actual samples to licensors and tracking.
Ensuring all submissions are closed off by season in that year.
Be able to work on the following MS applications Microsoft word Microsoft Excel Outlook
Be able to work on various Licensing portals ground.
